Marinades

Chicken Fajitas
I don't measure out the ingredients exactly, but in the order of importance
the marinade consists of:
Italian dressing
Worchester sauce
Garlic
Lemon Juice (Since moving to Texas, I have substituted a lime marinade sold by Kroger. It has made it more flavorful)
Couple slices of Jalapeno Pepper (added since moving to Texas)
This is typically added to 4-6 chicken breast that are cut long and thin.
Grilled chicken
Both Ranch and Italian dressing make EXCELLENT marinades.
Pork Loin
1 # Pork Loin
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 - 1/2 t chili powder
1/4 t Salt
Before putting on the meat, set aside 2/3 of marinade for dipping during the meal.

Flank Steak

1/2 cup soy sauce
1 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 1/2 pounds flank steak

Directions
1 Mix soy sauce, lemon juice and oil together in a large
resealable plastic bag. Rub garlic power into meat, place in bag,
and seal. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4
hours; turn bag after 2 hours.
2 Preheat grill for medium heat.
3 Oil grate lightly, and place meat on grill. Discard
marinade. Cook steak for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
