Pumpkin/Banana Ice Cream



My daughters feel sorry for me when I have to make banana bread all of the time to use up the extra bananas.  Rachel recently rescued a few bananas from my grasp by freezing them.  And, she didn’t stop with just freezing them, she put them in the food processor with some pumpkin and related spices.  It wasn’t the best ice cream I ever had, but it was good for me, and my daughter made it.  So, what is not to like?
