Iowa Brownies

1/2 C butter or margarine, softened
1 C sugar
1 can Hershey Chocolate syrup
4 eggs
1 C flour
1/2 C butter or margarine
1 1/2 C sugar
1/3 C evaporated milk
1/2 C chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350°.  Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.  Mix in Hershey Syrup.  Beat in eggs, one at a time.  Add flour.  Pour into a jelly roll pan. (large cookie sheet with 1 inch sides.)  You may spray it with cooking spray first. Bake 25 minutes. Cool.

Combine frosting ingredients (but not chips) in small sauce pan.  Stirring constantly bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.  Remove from heat and vigorously beat in chocolate chips.  Stir until melted. Spread frosting over brownies and let cool.

Prep Time: 10 minutes |Bake 25 minutes |Frosting 10 minutes
