6 pork chops, about 1 in thick
Sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1-2 cloves of garlic, mashed
salt and pepper to taste
Trim excess fat from pork chops. Place pork chops in crockpot. Mix sauce ingredients together. Pour mixture over meat in crockpot.
Cook covered on low for 4-6 hours or until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with steamed white rice.
